/ Chora, prehistorical settlement of Skarkos, Homer’s tomb, Diaseli Cheesery

Description

Starting from Chora, we will visit the prehistoric settlement of Skarkos where we will talk about the history and traditions of the island. We will leave our bicycles and walk for a few meters to admire the traditional path. We will then cycle towards Homer’s tomb where according to tradition the great poet was buried. We will cycle to Diaseli Cheesery for cheese tasting and return to Chora from the area of Pano Kampos admiring the landscape.

Approximately 40 km, 5-6 hours. Includes the bike tour. Refreshments, local snacks provided, as well as cotton bag.
